We now make an annual pilgrimage to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Alan Berman to celebrate with Adelaide Property Valuers and SUKOT; In addition, we created a service whose theme was, “Shabbat under the Stars.” We convene at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Allan Morris.

From 1994 thru the present time our Sydney property Valuers has decreased in size to 26 families. The enthusiasm of its membership has maintained momentum and motivation. The Sisterhood remains the congregation’s stronghold of support. Although few in numbers, our members care about one another and the Synagogue. Indeed, there IS greatness in small numbers; we have opportunities for development and recognition that are not possible in the larger congregations.

Valuations – Transferring Title of Properties

Scottish Life currently own the adjoining property, comprising the second phase of development, occupied by Currys and Focus, and therefore the acquisition from Pillar enhances added value management opportunities and creates a dedicated substantial single retail park within one ownership. Pillar was advised in this transaction by King Sturge, Manchester, whilst Scottish Life was advised by Dunlop Heywood and DTZ Debenharn Thorpe.

Although the park at property valuation Perth, Dunfermline still represents potential for good capital growth, the driving force behind this transaction was to increase Pillar’s exposure to higher growth sectors of the market, namely well located unrestricted retail parks off low base rents. The acquisition of the Phase 1 development at Halbeath will now enable Scottish Life to consider and further exploit value added opportunities in the area, particularly with the general low level of passing rents in the scheme.

Pillar is the second largest UK investor in retail parks and following this transaction its portfolio will total 19 parks covering in excess of 2.85m sq ft. In respect of the supermarket at Quedgeley, Gloucester, Pillar has completed on the disposal of this property which it acquired in October 1992 for £5.3m. How we will manage the full valuation process without any experts help?

In my reviews I take evidence from the complainant, the Charities Board and anyone else who may be able to help. I clear the factual part of my report with the Board and the complainant before completion. I reach a finding on the complaint and may make recommendations about any remedy for the complainant or about any Board practice or procedure which I think needs attention. It is for the Board then to decide what action to take. My workload so far has been relatively light. I completed two reviews in 1998/99; two more were underway.

The system of property valuers Melbourne cannot run with the help of a single buying or selling party. Both the parties play a very important role to conduct the entire procedure of Conveyancing. Do not ignore such incidents, report them and then organisations such as ours will be in a position to help and do something about it Ensuring tenants are involved in the communities in which we work and that they have a say about how Great Places Housing Group operates is very high on our list of priorities.

There are various types of things involved in the working of the entire process of Conveyancing. Both the parties have to work completely as per the rules that have been decided at the very beginning of the process. We have a number of dedicated tenant participation officers and a range of initiatives in place, and we’re continually looking to improve this aspect of our service. We recently undertook a review of our tenant participation strategy and one of the results of this review was a revised Resident Involvement Statement, which outlines our commitment and promise to providing the opportunity for you to get involved.

The conveyancer can help them to understand various types of matters that have been completely related to the working. You should have received a copy of the new resident involvement statement with this edition of Hometime – please do take a look. If you didn’t receive a copy and would like one, or would like more information about how you can get involved, do get in touch with your housing officer.
